Shipping, Returns and Help !

You can contact us via email anytime on admin@jumbosplayland.com.au or on 0265 810909 during business hours (Sun - Fri 9am - 4pm and Sat 9am - 5pm). Our dedicated staff will endeavour to respond to your questions and concerns as efficiently as possible.


Delivery Times


All goods are despatched from Port Macquarie and are delivered by Fastaway Courier Service or Australia Post. Delivery time will vary according to your location, so please allow 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 7 days.



How much will it cost to ship my order?

Jumbos Playland charges a flat fee of AU$7.20 (incl. GST) to ship your order. Gift Certificates, Massage and Baby Sign Classes are not charged. Orders can only be shipped along Australia's Eastern Seaboard.



Is there GST?

Yes, Jumbos Playland will charge GST (Goods & Services Tax) on all online orders. All prices listed include GST.



Where can you ship orders?

Jumbos Playland can ship orders within Australia along the Eastern Seaboard.


Ordering

Using Your Cart: While you're shopping, you can click "Add to Cart" to place items in your shopping cart. You can always see what's in your cart by clicking "View Cart" in the upper right corner of most pages. The items you selected will be saved until you're ready to purchase them. From the shopping cart, click "Check Out" to purchase items in your cart or "Continue Shopping" to browse Jumbos Playland for more items.


Email and phone: If you love shopping online but are not so keen on ordering online that's no problem. Simply send us an email or call us and tell us which items you would like to order. We will collect your delivery address and discuss payment options with you, which include credit card, Direct Debit, and cheque or money order. For your financial safety please do not include your credit card details with an email order as most email systems do not encrypt messages

Your Order Confirmation Email

Once you have placed an order you will be sent an order confirmation email. It is important that you check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors please email us immediately at admin@jumbosplayland.com.au.


Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Jumbos Playland reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled, Jumbos Playland will reimburse your order.



How do I return an item?

At Jumbos Playland we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. But if for any reason you aren't satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase via phone on 0265 810909 or email admin@jumbosplayland.com.au to arrange the return of your goods. All refunds will be made in the original method of payment, excluding delivery costs.

Amendments to Orders

We cannot make additions or deletions to orders once they have been placed.


Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be emailed to admin@jumbosplayland.com.au
Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Jumbos Playland. Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.


PAYMENT FOR ORDERED GOODS

We only trade in Australian Dollars.

Payment Methods
There are two payment options for goods ordered from Jumbos Playland.

  1. PayPal: If you have a PayPal account simply tick the PayPal option when asked how you want to pay for the goods you have ordered. You will be directed straight to PayPal's secure site to complete your payment.
    If you would like to set up a PayPal account please refer to www.paypal.com.au. PayPal provides a secure third party banking account perfect for online shopping, payment can be made via a banking deposit, a credit card or accumulated PayPal account funds
  2. Credit Card: We accept Visa or Mastercard. If you order by telephone or email and want to pay by credit card (see how to order section above for details) we will need to manually enter your credit card number on your behalf but we will not put your details in writing

In all instances, goods are only dispatched once full payment has been received and deposits/cheques/money orders have been cleared to Jumbos Playland.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Jumbos Playland understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store.

We want you to be totally happy with any purchases that you make from us. Therefore, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
All items are returned within 30 days of the original date of dispatch. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision. (This period may be extended in certain circumstances, such as the item was purchased as a gift and not presented to the recipient immediately if we are informed of this possibility within 7 days of the original date of dispatch.)

The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product/s or the product/s is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to Jumbos Playland in its original condition. Jumbos Playland advises that you send your return package by registered post, as Jumbos Playland cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.

If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.

The customer will be responsible for any charges incurred by Jumbos Playland when reversing payments are made, such as bank charges.

Costs of shipping are borne by the customer when replacing goods, unless faulty.

If you change your mind after submitting an order please contact us as soon as possible by telephone (0265 810909) or email admin@jumbosplayland.com.au so we can cancel your order. If you change your mind after the order has been dispatched the returns and exchanges policy above applies.
