The safety of our guests is our top priority. To help everyone enjoy a fun and trouble-free visit, we ask that you and your children follow these simple rules:

• All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
• Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.
• Please ensure children play safely and show consideration for others.
• Children who are unwell should not use the play facilities.
• Shoes must be removed before entering any play area.
• Socks must be worn at all times. This is for hygiene and safety.
• Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, and sharp objects are not permitted in the play areas.
• No outside food or drinks may be brought into Jumbos Playland.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the play areas.

Please note: While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of children using our equipment, Jumbos Playland cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of children playing.

We kindly ask that all accidents be reported to our staff before leaving the playland.
